Greg Howe

Greg has more than 25 years of experience in the software development & IT services consulting industries, with the last 10 years dedicated to serving the nonprofit industry. His background in management, technology, and consulting created the foundation upon which Olithan Solutions was built. Greg has a passion for delivering technology solutions that advance the greater good, and Altruity™ was born from that passion.

jerry lepore

Jerry is an experienced business and technology executive with a strong background in software, health care, and financial services. In his 40-year career Jerry has held CEO, COO, and CTO positions in public and private companies. Currently, Jerry presides on the Board at Olithan Solutions. In addition, he provides independent advisory services as a founder & principal of Fulcrum Associates, a consortium focused on assisting in digital transformation.

craig mandeville

Craig is the Founder & CEO of Forcura, a healthcare information technology company that is leading the digital transformation of medical records and communications. Prior to Forcura, Craig was a sales leader for Intuit’s enterprise software division, MRI Software, and co-founder & VP of sales for Waste Reduction Consultants, Inc. In addition to his Board designation at Olithan Solutions, Craig serves on the National Association of Home Health and Hospice (NAHC) Board of Directors.

raheel gauba

Raheel is the co-founder of King & Fields Studios in Charleston and brings with him 14+ years of strategic experience within the non-profit world. During his tenure at Blackbaud, Raheel has led the delivery of over 400 nonprofit websites and possesses expert-level knowledge in designing and developing engaging web presences. As Creative Director for Marketing at Blackbaud, Raheel lead the global rebrand and website redesign for Blackbaud which improved conversions by more than 50% within the first month alone. Raheel is passionate about branding, marketing and helping nonprofits realize their full potential and currently serves on the Board at Olithan Solutions.

joe held

Joe Held’s experience as a technology executive spans firms serving Wall Street to Main Street, having led the successful strategic planning and implementation of global technology transformation efforts at Hartford Life Insurance, Standard & Poor’s, Reader’s Digest, and S&P Global Platts. Joe’s industry experience includes technology leadership in the commodities markets, health and life insurance products, insurance investment and pension products, equities, bonds, credit derivatives, credit ratings, equity benchmarking and research products, as well as publishing and direct marketing media.

Currently, Joe is a Board Member at Olithan Solutions. He is also the CTO for Forcura, an award-winning, leading healthcare technology company helping post-acute healthcare organizations deliver patient care, improve cash flow and reduce administrative costs. In addition, Joe is a principal of Fulcrum Associates, a technology leadership advisory practice that develops go-to-market strategies for promising digital companies and invests in start-ups that meet performance criteria.
